For most service work, our invoices are due within 14 days.

For projects involving significant hardware procurement (e.g., purchasing new computers, servers, or Starlink kits), we require the hardware cost to be paid upfront before ordering.Managed Service Agreements are billed monthly in advance via direct debit.

Our response times depend on the severity of the issue and your service agreement level.For remote site visits, we schedule work as rapidly as logistics allow. We often can troubleshoot temporarily via remote access (Starlink/4G) while preparing for a site visit.

Yes, We have 24/7 support package available for business operations

We understand that some businesses never sleep. Our standard business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.However, for clients with critical needs (such as hotels, medical centers, or 24-hour industrial sites), we offer Managed Service Agreements that include 24/7 emergency support. Without an agreement, after-hours support is available but incurs a call-out charges
